New sections in the structure of the CCA Group

CCA Group is once again moving forward in innovating and improving the services it provides to its customers. That is why we can now introduce you to a new section of our company, called Engineering & Delivery, with Mr. Pavel Petkevich becoming its new director.

The Engineering & Delivery section is the implementation part of the company, where we perform and deliver projects and service tasks. We need to transform it so that it is able to implement our product and business strategy in line with our goals. Before embarking on these changes, we thought carefully about everything around it and chose our own strategies to achieve it. And like before any journey, we needed to make a plan, pack our bags, choose a means of transport and only then set off on our journey.

We've already completed these steps, we're ready for the turbulence, and now it's time to go!

CCA Group's Engineering & Delivery vision and goals focus on innovation, quality and customer satisfaction, with the aim of using modern technology and efficient processes to provide reliable and valuable solutions to our clients. Our strategy involves the implementation of the latest technologies and processes that allow us to increase delivery speed and efficiency without compromising on quality. Now, let's take a look at the three mail pillars for E&D that will help us achieve these goals.

Our goal is to increase the agility and speed of project delivery without compromising on quality. We encourage innovation and experimentation, implementing the latest technologies and automation for greater productivity. We don't just develop for today, but we think about the future and scalability of our solutions. We have to keep up with technology, because every morning something changes and there are new things that we don't know about yet – being on top of innovation and efficiency is our priority.

Quality and reliability

We focus on consistently high quality of our projects and services. We implement advanced quality assurance and automation processes to minimize errors, which increases the stability and reliability of our products. This approach also speeds up delivery without sacrificing quality, resulting in high customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction and productization

Customer satisfaction depends on quality communication and understanding of clients' needs. We focus on improving the customer experience, providing excellent support and responding quickly to requests. We see projects as strategic opportunities to create valuable products with a long-term impact. This approach allows us to create lasting solutions that contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Finally, I would like to say that we are not expecting a comfortable ride in a Rolls-Royce. It will be a challenging and sometimes even insurmountable journey. However, I know that the one who overcomes it will enjoy fresh air at the top. I'm sure we'll all be there together, because we're not going to achieve it any other way than as a team.

However, this is not the only change in the company's structure. An equally important innovation is the creation of the Business and Product Development section, which will determine the company's product and technical strategy, and this section will be managed by Petr Laštovka.
